CutPrint (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

Data we collect

Account information: name, email address
Production data: scripts, scene breakdowns, schedules, call sheets you create
Usage data: feature usage, error logs (via Sentry)
Payment data: processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details

How we use your data

To provide and improve the CutPrint service
To process script breakdowns (scripts are sent to Google Gemini transiently — not retained)
To send service emails (account, billing, critical updates)
To debug errors and improve reliability

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors required to operate the service: Google (Gemini processing), Razorpay (payments), and Sentry (error tracking). All sub-processors are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Data storage & security

All production data is stored on servers located in India. Scripts are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to your account and the team members you invite.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@cutprint.io. We will respond within 30 days.
