- What counts as an active production?
- Any production that is in pre-production, shooting, or post-production. Once you mark a production as Wrapped, it becomes archived — read-only and free forever. You only pay for what's actively running.
- I'm on Pro with 1 production. Can I start a new one after wrapping?
- Yes. Wrap your current production, archive it, and you're free to start a new one on the same Pro plan. Your wrapped production stays accessible as a read-only archive.
- What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
- One thing: the number of productions you can run at the same time. Pro is for one active production. Studio lets you run up to 5 simultaneously — useful for production houses managing multiple films or serials at once.
- Why isn't script breakdown on Solo?
- Script breakdown is a compute-intensive feature included in paid plans. Solo gives you the full scheduling and call sheet workflow at no cost — upgrade to Pro to unlock it.
- Do I lose my data if I cancel?
- Never. All your productions become archived when you cancel or downgrade — they stay fully readable forever. You'll just lose the ability to edit or create new productions until you resubscribe.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- You get a 3-day grace period. If the payment isn't resolved by day 4, your account moves to Solo automatically. Resubscribe anytime to restore full access — all your data stays safe.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No lock-ins, no questions asked.
